Add your work address to your Scream Truck profile. We'll text you for an office hours visit (between 1:30-3:30 PM). You rally your team for some scream! No pre-orders necessary.

    • You tell everyone in the office we're coming and then let them know when we arrive.
    • No pre-orders necessary! You and your colleagues can order at the truck.
    • Each person can pay for themselves, or the boss can throw down a credit card for everyone!

    • Please respect our time and don't summon the truck for just you, or just you and a few colleagues. Ideally we can serve a minimum of ten (10) people during our visit. 🙏

FAQ'S

  • Do you only visit offices and office buildings?

    Office hours are meant for customers at work. It doesn't necessarily need to be an "office", but it can't be a residential building. We will gladly visit you at your warehouse, retail space, workshop, or other business location.

  • How will I know when you're coming?

    We will always arrive during the office hours window (1:30-3:30 PM). We'll send you a text when we're on our way! Please prepare yourself and your co-workers for an awesome afternoon pick me up and be outside when we arrive.

  • Do we have to sign a contract or any sort of an agreement for the residency?

    No way! We're keeping this light and airy! We'll continue to show up on our scheduled day and time until you tell us to stop. Hopefully you'll want to keep it going, but we totally understand if you need to cut us off! 😄

  • Do I need to get permission from my boss?

    I mean sure, if you think that's necessary. But we promise we won't be overly disruptive to your work day. Usually the bosses are just as excited to get a nice afternoon pick-me-up!

  • Do I need to get a certificate of insurance (COI)?

    This is not necessary. We are in and out in no time! Usually a COI is reserved for a special event where the truck would be rented by the company for a designated amount of time. Think of us as an amped up version of FEDEX! We're just delivering sweeter packages.
