- Each Santa event includes a meet 'n greet at the truck with Santa at a single location, a special holiday menu for the number of guests included in your event package* (limited edition holiday sundaes, rich, creamy Scream Truck hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, and cookies and brownies from Liv Breads), custom curated holiday music on our premium sound system, a festive truck, and as many photos as you can take! *NOTE: The full menu will not be available for Santa events
- To avoid tears and disappointment, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING SANTA'S VISIT A SURPRISE FOR THE KIDS. This is because our professional, "real beard" Santas are rare. Should there be a cancellation due to a sick Santa, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your event, but we can't guarantee it. If we are unable to do so, you will be refunded in full.

FAQ'S

Why are you not doing Santa events in my town?

Planning our Santa events is very complex based on the availability of our real beard, professional Santas, staffing, travel time, and other operational logistics. So, unfortunately we aren't able to offer Santa events in every town we service.
I only have X number of people, why do I have to pay the full package price?

Our Santa events require an upfront financial commitment to the Santas we hire. It would not be possible to base the cost on the exact number of guests at each event. You are paying for the block of time (15 min, 30, min, 60 min) and everything included in the experience. Most customers opt to share the cost with other families, neighbors, and friends to keep it affordable. If you have the max number of guests permitted per package, your per person cost is extremely reasonable for what you are getting delivered to your house!
