IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Santa events are available in select towns based on Santa availability and operational limitations.
We are working with multiple Santas for these events. Please note that a Santa you see in marketing materials (or on social media) may not be the Santa that comes to your event. But, all of them are real beard, professionally trained Santas!
Professional, "real beard" Santas are rare. If there's a cancellation due to weather, sickness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work hard to reschedule your event, but we cannot guarantee it. If it's not possible, you will be refunded 100%.
If there is any precipitation (rain, snow, sleet) during your event, Santa will have to remain inside the truck. In this case, he will interact with everyone from the service window, serving guests and posing for photos. Kids can come inside the truck!
No photos can include anyone dressed inappropriately or any alcohol, smoking, or vaping. For safety and sanitary reasons, Santa cannot be in contact with an animal of any kind. Santa will have the right to refuse any photo that he deems as inappropriate.
It will be dark outside for events that are booked after 4:00pm. Photos will not look good outside without proper lighting, but Santa will happily take photos inside a tent, garage, or house!
Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to park in residential driveways. We will need approximately 2 car lengths of space at the end of your driveway or at the curb in front of your house. If this is not possible, please do not book this event.

Planning our Santa events is very complex based on the availability of our real beard, professional Santas, staffing, travel time, and other operational logistics. So, unfortunately we aren't able to offer Santa events in every town we service.
Our Santa events require an upfront financial commitment to the Santas we hire. It would not be possible to base the cost on the exact number of guests at each event. You are paying for the block of time (15 min, 30, min, 60 min) and everything included in the experience. Most customers opt to share the cost with other families, neighbors, and friends to keep it affordable. If you have the max number of guests permitted per package, your per person cost is extremely reasonable for what you are getting delivered to your house!
