Scream Truck’s September Sweepstakes & Contest (“Promotion”)

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who live within a designated Scream Truck service area. Guest(s) of a winner may be of any age, but the winner must be 21+. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Scream Truck LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household members) are not eligible. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

Begins 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 3, 2025 and ends 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) ways to enter during the Promotion Period:

A. Purchase Entry (Sweepstakes):

• Reply “Y” to reserve a Scream Truck stop at your house.
• Receive one (1) entry for each item purchased and delivered by Scream Truck during September 2025.
• No purchase necessary; see mail-in entry below.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

B. Contest Entry — Instagram Dance Challenge (Judged)

• Create an Instagram Reel of you (and optionally family/friends) dancing to a boy band song in front of a Scream Truck at your house.
• Tag @screamtruck in the Reel during the Promotion Period.
• Judging Criteria (0–25 points each; max 100): Enthusiasm, Style, Passion, Precision. Highest total score wins; in a tie, higher Enthusiasm score prevails; if still tied, higher Style score prevails, then Passion, then Precision.
• Your profile/reel must be publicly viewable at the time of judging and winner verification.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor, not Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this Contest.

C. Alternate Means of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary (Sweepstakes)

Mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope containing a 3" x 5" card with the following clearly printed:•    

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Street address (no P.O. boxes)
• Phone number
• Email address
• Statement: “I reside in a Scream Truck service area and agree to the Official Rules.”

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2025 and received by October 5, 2025. Limit one (1) mailed entry per outer envelope. AMOE entries are entered into the Sweepstakes drawing (not the judged Contest).

4. PRIZES

Sweepstakes Prize (Random Draw): Two (2) tickets to the boy band concert of winner’s choice between October 10, 2025 and February 28, 2026 (artist/performer selected by winner), concert date to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion, two (2) roundtrip economy class tickets to the concert's host city, one (1) night hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), and $500 cash stipend. ARV: $3,000.

Contest Prize (Judged IG Reel): Two (2) tickets to the boy band concert of winner’s choice between October 10, 2025 and February 28, 2026 (artist/performer selected by winner), concert date to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion, two (2) roundtrip economy class tickets to the concert's host city, one (1) night hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), and $500 cash stipend. ARV: $3,000.

Total ARV of all prizes: $6,000

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if unavailable. Winners are responsible for all other expenses not expressly stated, including meals, ground transportation, gratuities, incidentals, and travel insurance (recommended but not provided).

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Sweepstakes: One (1) potential winner randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about October 3, 2025.

Contest: One (1) winner selected based on highest cumulative judging score; winner announced on or before October 10, 2025.

Potential winners will be notified via email, phone, or social (as applicable) and must respond within 48 hours of first attempted contact, complete and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 (if applicable) within the time specified. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.

6. RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNITY

By entering/accepting a prize, entrants and winners (and guests, if applicable) release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation inconvenience, illness, personal injury, property damage, or death, and any travel-related risks (e.g., accidents, delays, cancellations, weather, acts of God, epidemics/pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, acts or omissions of carriers or venues). Winners and guests assume all risks of travel and attendance and agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any third-party claims arising from their acts or omissions.

7. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, hometown, biographical information, and entry (including video) for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further notice or compensation.

8. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for prize value as required by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion; to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion; and to award prizes from among eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to any such action. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and void. Proof of mailing or submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.

11. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW; VENUE

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) claims shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules, and brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey; and (c) damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event shall attorneys’ fees, punitive, consequential, or other damages be awarded.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your information for administration of the Promotion and for marketing consistent with applicable law and your preferences.
