SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND REGULATIONS

SPONSOR: The Scream Soirée Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Scream Truck LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 1200 Morris Turnpike, Suite 3005, Millburn, New Jersey 07078.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM EDT and ends on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in a town where Scream Truck offers private events. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Scream Truck LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must upload a photo or video featuring Scream Truck at their residence for a private event, reserved route stop, or at a business location, provided the entrant is the owner of the business and has secured all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use any brand names, trademarks, or other intellectual property visible in the submission. Each valid photo or video submission counts as one entry.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: A Scream Soirée – a one-hour Scream Truck event for up to fifty (50) guests at the winner’s chosen location, subject to availability and scheduling. The event must be scheduled within six (6) months of winner notification. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. No cash alternative will be provided.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or around June 3, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via email. The potential winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond to the notification and confirm eligibility. If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE: By submitting a photo or video entry, each entrant grants Scream Truck LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, publish, distribute, and reproduce the submitted content in any media for marketing, advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes without further compensation, consideration, or notification.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Scream Truck LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance or use of the prize.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New Jersey.

WINNER LIST: To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Scream Truck LLC, 1200 Morris Turnpike, Suite 3005, Millburn, New Jersey 07078. Requests must be received no later than June 30, 2025.

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
