    To pay with your Scream Truck Superfan funds, simply select "Scream Truck Superfan Funds" as your payment method in the checkout. See the sample checkout image below this FAQ section.

  • How do I earn cash by referring neighbors?

    This is the easiest way to get more funds in your Superfan account! Simply get your neighbors to sign up for Scream Truck alerts and you'll both earn $5 when they sign up! THEY MUST ENTER YOUR REFERRAL CODE when they sign up at https://signup.screamtruck.com.

  • How do I earn cash back when I load my wallet?

    We will offer different load bonuses at different times. When you go to re-load your account, you will see different tiers of funds and different bonuses. For example, you might see $50 +$4. That means if you load $50, you get $4 bonus cash. NOTE: The bonus funds may expire based on the type of promotion we're running. So you may need to spend that $4 within a specific number of days.

  • I want to get my funds back.

    Once you load funds into your account, they must be spent on Scream Truck online orders (ice cream, pizza, or merchandise). Unfortunately we are unable to reverse the funds back to you.
