  • How do I confirm my upcoming event with Scream Truck

    You have nothing to worry about! When you booked your event with us, the booking is instantly added to your truck's schedule. Our software is very reliable. ☺️ If you still need reassurance, please contact your local operator HERE.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule my event?

    You can cancel or modify your event HERE. Should you need to contact a Scream Truck representative, please contact your local operator.

  • Do you come to my city/town?

    To see if we're in your town yet, simply ADD YOUR ADDRESS to our database. If we're not there yet, we'll notify you when we are!

  • How can I update my address?

    Changing your address is easy HERE.

  • I'm not getting your texts anymore. Why not?

    If you're no longer receiving texts, please add 800-914-1796 to your contacts to make sure we're not getting filtered into your 'unknown number' or SPAM folder. Also, you can text the word START to 800-914-1796 to opt back in for our texts if you somehow opted out at some point. If you're still not receiving our texts, DROP US AN EMAIL.

  • Can you give me allergy info?

    You will find allergy info on our MENU PAGE.

    Scream Truck takes precautions to minimize the risk of exposure to food allergens. Should you have any questions after reading this information, please feel free to EMAIL US. All team members wear single use gloves when preparing anything for a guest with an allergy (which can be indicated when ordering on our website or in person when ordering at an event), and hands washing protocols are followed. While we take every precaution possible, there is always a chance of cross-contamination due to the confined space of our truck. If a guest has a severe allergy, we highly recommend ordering plain soft serve in a cup or not ordering at all.

  • Can I just text you and you'll come to my house?

    While we'd love it if this could work, unfortunately it won't. Our business model works by creating efficient routes in specific neighborhoods. We do that by notifying registered customers within a specific neighborhood when we'll be visiting and then dynamically routing the truck to serve each customer that requests a stop. This allows us to serve the maximum number of customers in the shortest amount of time.

  • Do you offer non-dairy options?

    ‍Yes we do! Products vary by market, but each truck should have dairy-free ice cream or other dairy-free options.

  • I need help. How do I get a hold of someone?

    We're a mobile business, so it's difficult for us to answer phone calls in real-time. If you'd like to contact someone regarding an order you placed for a reserved stop at your house today, please reply to the text messages you received today. These go straight to the truck! Please note, this must be related to a question regarding a reserved stop today only.
