  • Can I tell my neighbors?

    When you get a text, please do not announce that Scream Truck is coming to your neighborhood. We need a reservation for each home in order to manage the timing of our routes. If your neighbor is at your house, they can order using the same link we sent to you. However, please be aware that a link sent to you can only be delivered to your address.

  • Why do we have to pre-order?

    Have you ever seen someone at a restaurant staring at the menu for 5 minutes and unable to decide what they want? That is why we require a pre-order. 😄 If we let everyone order at the truck, it would take way too long and our business model breaks.

  • Can we text you to request a stop?

    Great question! We don’t support inbound texting because Scream Truck runs on reserved routes, not on-demand stops. We notify customers in specific neighborhoods when we’re coming, then route the truck in real time based on who reserves a stop. This keeps things fast, efficient, and ensures we can serve as many people as possible during each route.
